So this is the best day of my life. I bought BOY's record "Mutual Friends" today at Vintage Vinyl. The plastic around the album said "Feeling Lucky? Maybe this is one of the 100 ultra limited edition, numbered, red vinyl records!" and of course I never thought I'd be one of the lucky 100. I just got home and opened the record and opened the cover and saw that the two girls in the duo, Valeska and Sonja, signed it!! I immediately put the signatures under light to see if they were legitimate and surely they were! When I took out the record, sure enough it was one of the 100 red ones! This day just keeps getting better.

DeleteI called them up and they said they are out of these kind of copies :( . I am a huge fan and I love their music. I bought their album two years ago (deluxe) and I've loved them ever since. I enjoy them so much that me and my old man went on a trip to Glasgow, Scotland to see them open for Katie Melua. After their gig, I got to meet them and they were so nice and signed my album and said "We'll come to you next time, promise" and they did! This Wednesday, they are coming to the World Cafe Live in Philly and I cannot wait to see them play. I'm happy their name is being heard throughout the states. If you are interested in selling this I would love to have it. I have two promo CDs of theirs and this would be a great edition to my collection haha. If you are willing to, I will buy yours from on Ebay or whatever for any price you'd like to sell it for. If you don't I understand, if I had it I wouldn't want to sell it but that's up to you. I have a Twitter or email if you'd like to contact me about anything. I'd comment with my Twitter but Blogger only lets me comment with AIM :p haha.
